广州公布空气重污染应急预案 将实施机动车单双号限行
中新社广州5月13日电 (记者 王华)广州市政府13日公布新版的该市《环境空气重污染应急预案》，其中，当空气达到严重污染时，全市机动车将实施单双号限行。
“新预案”将原来的二级预警分级改为四级，从轻到重分别用蓝色、黄色、橙色和红色表示。应急预案启动条件是全市10个空气质量国控点的空气质量指数(AQI)达到200以上，预测空气重度污染(AQI200-300)持续1天启动蓝色预警；预测重度污染持续两天及以上启动黄色预警；预测空气严重污染(AQI300以上)将持续1天启动橙色预警；预测空气严重污染将持续2天及以上启动最高级别的红色预警。
根据不同级别的空气污染预警，所采取的措施将逐步升级，当橙色、红色预警启动时，还将实行除保障城市正常生产机动车以外的全市所有机动车，实施单双号限行。特别是，红色预警期间，监管企业需减排40%，并停止一切装修、喷漆等民用排放挥发性有机化合物行为。
