新京报快讯(记者王巍)5月13日早上，昌平检方就雷洋案通过新华社发布调查进展，表示将提取相关证据进行鉴定。业内人士分析认为，目前此案处于初查阶段，如果初查证据符合立案标准，检方会立案侦查。
昌平检方接受新华社采访时介绍，检方依法介入后，按照程序进行初查，已陆续开展对事发现场的勘验，向雷某家属、社区居民和办案民警了解核实情况，调取有关视频资料等工作。调查工作得到有关机关单位、死者家属及相关个人的配合。
对于检方介入后的程序，记者咨询了业内人士进行分析。
业内人士称，初查针对的主要是案件初期线索情况，对此法律上没有明确的时间要求，对于有些复杂的案件，初查可能会持续比较长的时间。但就雷洋案目前披露的情况看，证据线索比较多，应该会在较短时间内完成初查。
根据最高人民检察院检察委员会制定的《最高人民检察院关于要案线索备案、初查的规定》第三条：初查是指人民检察院在立案前对要案线索材料进行审查的司法活动。
按照现行法律规定，初查证据符合立案标准的，检方便会立案进行侦查。
