　　轻而易举当上“眼科医生”

　　他们招聘时需要的只是廉价劳动力,对专业、技术、经验等根本没有任何要求

　　当我在58同城和赶集网上搜“网络营销”或“网络推广”时,跳出来的招聘单位,大多是五花八门的医院。

　　我找了几家在公交车身及车站广告牌上常见的“知名”医院,仔细研究了他们对网络推广这一职位的招聘要求,本想针对这些要求“量身定制”编造简历,没想到这些医院对从业经验的要求多为“不限”。而且我还发现,在连研究生学历都快不值钱的当下,这些医院对网络推广职位的学历要求竟是“大专”“高中”。可见,他们需要的只是廉价劳动力,对专业、技术、经验等根本没有任何要求。

　　安全起见,我不仅编了虚假简历,还新办了手机号。在简历中,我谎称自己是刚毕业的本科生,年龄22岁；毕业学校写的是一家北京的三本大学,专业有时写市场营销,有时写文秘……总之都是俗称“万金油”的专业。这一切,都为了把自己包装成毫无经验的“一张白纸”。

　　挨个打过电话之后,我开始带着简历一家家地跑上门接受面试。这种医院分布在北京的大街小巷,多为独幢小楼。但我的面试地点却基本不在医院,而是在医院附近写字楼里的网络部。网络部通常是一间或几间办公室,一群年轻人挤在逼仄的空间里,他们的工作是对着电脑专门写软文、做竞价排名。

　　最终,我选择了一家决定当场录用我的医院。这家医院是中医医院,并非专科医院,但科室也不多,无非就是治疗那几种该系最“擅长”的慢性病或易复发的顽症,比如癫痫、风湿、牛皮癣。他们也治“难言之隐”,比如男妇科,让你挨了宰也不好意思到处嚷嚷。当时他们新开了眼科,正在饥不择食地招兵买马,于是我成为了“眼科李医生”。

　　网络部的医生们没人学过医

　　接你电话的“医生”,帮你在线分析病情、预约就诊的“专家”,都是没学过医的年轻人

　　第一天上班,内容是培训,形式是自学,教材是百度百科。主任让我熟悉白内障、青光眼、眼底出血、结膜炎、角膜炎、黄斑变性等几种常见眼病。要求是记住症状,不要弄混。其他的发病原理、治疗方法、预后等都不用管。办公室里有一张眼球的解剖挂图,但主任说我不用看。

　　所谓主任,其实很年轻,不超过30岁,说话有挺浓的北京口音。他和很多人交流都用我完全听不懂的方言,网络部好多人都说这种话。后来才得知,他们说的是家乡话。这确实是一家莆田系医院,他们都是“二代”“三代”了,从很小就生活在北京,因此京腔很重。

　　主任除了监工,还亲自操刀竞价排名。这是该系医院的规矩,只要是碰钱的工作,基本都由“自己人”来做。竞价排名有很多技巧,每天耗资巨大,有时客户上午充了几万块,下午就被耗光了。这家医院的竞争对手很强势,套路都一样,应该也是同类人开的。主任因此压力挺大,经常抽闷烟,或者和网络部其他几个科室的主任们聚在一起,围坐着喝工夫茶。

　　“网络部”眼科的同事,算上我共三位。另两位一个比我早来一周,一个比我早来半年。比我早来一周的姑娘此前在通州一家专治妇科的莆田系医院工作,工作内容就是写软文。虽然现在换到眼科,但也毫无压力。她告诉我那些病不用看太懂,写软文又叫“伪原创”,会拼拼贴贴就行,这种文章她一天能写近百篇。

　　比我早来半年的小哥刚满20岁。中专毕业后,他做过群众演员、KTV服务员、城管协管……现在他在眼科做客服,客服名称是“眼科专家王医生”。当你拨打这家医院的电话,接你电话的“王医生”,就是他；当你通过百度搜索进入到医院网站,打开那个类似QQ的对话弹窗,帮你在线分析病情、预约就诊的“眼科专家王医生”,也是他。

　　你在网上的搜索,我一览无余

　　一旦你打开对话弹窗,你搜过哪些“关键词”都能被“医生”们看到,这时你就像一个透明人

　　这家医院有自己的官方网站,但是域名很奇怪,都是由乱七八糟的字母和数字组合的。而正经医院,都用医院的中文名拼音或英文名当作域名。后来得知,类似该系医院官方网站都是这样,而且每个医院都有好几个这样的网站。因为这些域名很便宜,都是打包出售的。

　　最主要的是,没人通过写域名进入这些网站。大家都是通过百度等搜索过来的,所以只要做好竞价排名,就会有人通过搜索病情、症状,点击“伪原创”的“科普文章”,进入到医院的网站,向在线的“专家”咨询。

　　医院网站上弹出的对话弹窗俗称“商务通”。那些“伪原创”的“科普文章”俗称“竞价着陆页”。你之前在百度上搜索了哪个关键词,因为哪个关键词点进了哪篇“科普文章”,都有记录。一旦你进入这个对话弹窗,你此前的动作都能被商务通里的“眼科专家王医生”们看到,这时你就像一个透明人。

　　患者们的问题也都差不多,无非就是先说症状,再问能不能治,再问花多少钱、多长时间。商务通里,有“眼科专家王医生”们制作的各种对话模板,他甚至连打字都不用,直接点击模板的回答,就能一步一步把不明真相的患者吸引到医院里来。

　　因此,“科普文章”写得是否通俗易懂并且“看上去很有道理”,就显得非常重要。我当时的工作,就是写这类文章。我自学了三天,就开始写了,主任还夸我写得又快又好。得到同事“拼拼贴贴”的真传,我上网到处搜。这种医院有的是,套路都是一样的,类似“科普文章”在网上漫天飞,无非是中西医的区别,或者治疗方法、仪器名称不同,据说也都是编出来的,反正没人去核实。

　　医院里的名老专家到底多权威?

　　名老专家们的简历也是编的,至少是夸大的,反正也不会有人去核实

　　我们写的“科普文章”里,都会力推自己医院的名老专家,比如“××医院的×科专家×××有一套独创的什么疗法”,并且在网站显眼位置贴上这位专家的照片。有的专家还上过××电视台的养生节目,网站上也附有那段节目的视频。

　　这些专家看照片都是一副德高望重的样子,简历介绍不是毕业于哪所国际名牌医学院,就是师从哪个中医高人,或者同时在哪家知名大医院坐诊。我曾想,他们也许真有本事,只是多收点钱罢了。

　　可我还是太天真了。

　　在这种医院做网络营销多数工资很低，月薪没有超过3000块的。但是我们这些“医生”的待遇，就像饭馆服务员和理发店洗头妹一样，包食宿。宿舍在医院附近的居民区里，极为破旧。男女混住，上下铺，一屋最多能睡8人，连桌子都摆不下。厕所是蹲坑，脏得不堪入目。

　　第一次到宿舍门口，同事发现忘带钥匙了，于是敲门，应答的是个老大爷。我大惊，这破宿舍还有看门老大爷？

　　没想到，更令人吃惊的在后面。开门的老大爷不是别人，正是我们网站上挂着照片的那个名老专家。那样德高望重的人就住这儿？同事说，对，他就住这儿。同一科室的人无论网络部还是医生护士，都住一屋，以便交流。

　　老专家在这破屋里并没有网站照片上那么神采奕奕，昏暗的灯光下，映着他瘦骨嶙峋、眼窝深陷的一张黄脸。我想如果他真有本事，首先不肯住这里，其次不会脸色这么差——治不了别人至少治治自己啊！后来才知道，名老专家们的简历也是编的，至少是夸大的，反正也不会有人去核实。

　　我通过暗访的方式，在这样的环境里，与这些同事工作了半个月。并将这半个月的亲身经历、所见所闻，以及与同事们交流他们的工作、此前的经历等，都写进了名为《竞价排名“钓”患者，假医生网上坐堂》《为求“速效”滥开激素，牛皮癣治成病危》等报道中，连续刊登在去年(2015年)5月25、26日的《新华每日电讯》上。

　　一年前，出于各种原因，我在报道里虽然提到了、但并没有特别明确地使用“莆田系医院”“百度竞价排名”这样指名道姓的字眼。但是，随着近期各种相关报道的揭批，可以看出，把矛头直指他们，也并不冤枉。

　　但我想特别强调的是，在百度被广泛使用之前，我暗访过的那类医院就已经非常活跃了。在互联网进入我们的生活之前，他们就已率先进入我们的生活了。他们多是靠疯狂的广告投入发家的，这些广告曾出现在电视、广播、报纸等现在口诛笔伐他们的一些媒体上，只不过现在人们更常用的是网络，于是他们把广告换了样、搬了家。

　　魏则西之死，在此报道的一年之后，不免令人遗憾。但我也很清楚，在此报道之前就已经有很多有社会责任感的媒体或者个人，以做调查报道、写纪实文学甚至举报等方式揭批过他们。而时隔一年，当我为了写这篇文章，再次到58同城等网站上搜索“网络推广”时看到的招聘信息，仍然来自我暗访过的那类医院，也就是说，他们还在做类似勾当。

　　决不能容忍他们继续。医疗领域，人命关天，从来就没有什么“只谋财，不害命”之说。患者的救命钱是有限的，更别提贻误最佳治疗时机等隐患。国家网信办已经对百度提出了整改要求，百度也回应会坚决落实，期待成效；更期待对相关医院及承包科室的调查结果，以儆效尤；当然最期待的，还是相关部门要加强监管，才能真正堵住魏则西走过的这条“死路”。（新华每日电讯记者）
