　　外界通过各种方式深剖莆田系，揭露他们行医过程中的劣迹，起底他们的发家史。当人们发现莆田系的老板们家中“别墅”林立，豪车云集时，更是引来骂名无数。

　　《每日经济新闻》记者深入莆田系的根据地——莆田市东庄镇调查后发现，东庄镇各村兴建的“别墅”基本都是四层小楼，只不过是莆田系们居住的标配，真正有钱的莆田系老板，大多会在镇上唯一的别墅楼盘置业，显示其尊贵的身份。

　　“这些人，只不过占了莆田系1%的数量，但是却拥有莆田系90%的财富。”东庄镇政府一位干部告诉记者，当初他们从东庄、莆田走出去，现在莆田市已经开始把他们引回来，做大本地的医疗产业。

　　①东庄楼王每套1000万

　　《每日经济新闻》记者实地走访了东庄镇的多个村子，其中包括厝头村。

　　“我们真不算有钱的，村里的房子也很一般。”提到外界对东庄的印象就是有钱，厝头村原党支部书记苏德春连连摆手，在厝头村支部的大楼里，苏德春指着窗户外马路两旁的建筑说，现在还有不少在建的房子，有的还建了很多年。

　　苏德春告诉记者，厝头村里的人大部分都在全国各地做医疗生意，开民营医院，但是并没有什么特别出名的人物。有些村民的房子建了好多年，就因为他们并没有赚到很多钱，没有能力一次性将一栋房子建完。

　　记者发现这些村子里的建筑，基本上都是四层左右的小楼。厝头村一位村民说，将这些小楼称之为别墅，实际上有点过。“有很多小楼之间基本上没有多大的间隔空间，显得拥挤，条件好一点的，可能会带一个院子。”

　　这样的建筑，已经成了东庄镇村民的标配。东庄镇东庄村一位姓林的村民向记者表示，如果在村子里，不建一栋有模有样的房子，也容易被村里人看不起，条件好的，当然可以一次性完工。而经济条件稍微差一点的，就可以先建下面两层，上面两层等有钱以后再建。

　　“我们在村里自家的宅基地上建房子，总的成本并不会太高。”东庄村上述村民跟记者算了一笔账，如果建一栋楼面面积为150平方米的四层楼，建筑面积 就是600平方米，包括建筑和装修，一平方米大概需要1200元左右的费用，总价就是72万元，“这与真正有钱的人，花一千多万元买别墅，相差不止一点点。”

　　说起有人花千万元买别墅，几乎东庄所有的人都知道，莆田系四大家族中的詹氏家族，一位老板豪掷一千多万元，购买了东庄镇上唯一的别墅项目“凯天·东庄一品”的楼王。

　　东庄镇是一个仅有8万人的小镇，却坐落着极尽奢华的“凯天·东庄一品”项目，这也是东庄目前仅有的一个房地产项目。打开“凯天·东庄一品”的宣传册，“莆系家族，御制别墅”、“世界的骄傲，东庄的家族”等字样频频映入眼帘。

　　东庄一品的置业顾问称，项目占地面积260亩，建筑面积30万平方米，规划共分两期建成，目前已经开盘的项目为一期，“一期共有40套独栋别墅，28栋双拼别墅，还有两栋28层的复式商品楼。”

　　上述置业顾问介绍，东庄一品独栋别墅的面积是1000多平方米，双拼别墅的面积在800到1000平方米之间，即使是高层的复式楼，每一套的面积也都在500平方米左右，“我们的销售对象主要是东庄人，因为这个镇的人比较富裕。”

　　一位在莆田从事房地产的人士表示，放眼莆田，面积达到上千平方米的别墅项目可谓是稀缺资源，也只有在东庄，才有如此强大的购买力。

　　记者从当地了解到，东庄一品系凯天集团旗下的高端项目，凯天集团老板梁智勇也是莆田本地人。在一份网上流传的2015莆田富豪排行榜上，梁智勇以40亿元的身家排第15名，在榜单的前50名中，东庄人占据8席。

　　在东庄镇第一大村东庄村，《每日经济新闻》记者在村卫生所遇到了一位在输液的老人林国辉，他告诉记者，东庄是一个大村，有7000多人口，但是并不是家家户户都像外面所传的那样赚了大钱，还有很多在外面投资医疗亏本了。

　　林国辉称，2014年他自己就与其他人合伙投资了六七百万元，在河南的郑州、洛阳开医院，但是最终投资失败了，他亏损了80万元。“我的两个儿子都在部队，只有我在外面从事医疗，亏了钱，他们也没有能力还。”

　　林国辉说，他在外投资医院时，消防、工商、税务、卫生等各个部门都有人来，民营医院疲于应付，“有时候，我们刚刚刊登了广告，没多久，工商就来了，说广告违规了，要对我们处罚。”

　　林国辉的话得到了当时在场的另一位老人的证实，这位老人表示，现在全社会都因为“魏则西事件”谴责莆田系，这对东庄人、莆田人都是不公正的，“我们在外面开了近万家医院，创造了多少就业岗位。”

　　记者还遇到了一位在该村做水电安装的涂师傅，他住在附近的营边村，原来跟着他弟弟在河南开医院，“我给弟弟打工，当后勤主管，每个月领固定的工资，做久了，感觉没有很大的前程，自己还是喜欢做水电安装这个活儿。”

　　涂师傅还告诉记者，弟弟是东庄的上门女婿，是跟着老婆一家人做医疗生意。“整个东庄都是这样，一个人带着一个家族的人，到外面投资医院，并且散落全国各个城市。”他说，弟弟媳妇的家人，则是在深圳开医院。

　　涂师傅讲，这些人开的医院普遍规模不大，和镇医院规模差不多。在谈到一个家族都在外面从事医疗行业如何分工时，涂师傅表示，一般一个家庭中，有一个 人主事，在医院中占控股权，其他人都相应地参股，对于在管理岗位上的人员，相应地发放薪酬。不过，家族管理层的薪酬普遍都不会开得太高，主要靠年底的分 红。
