  新版膳食指南新在哪里?


  我国于1989年首次发布了《中国居民膳食指南》,在1997年和2007年分别进行修订,今年发布的《指南》是1989年以来的第三次修订。那这次修订新在哪里?


  修订程序标准化


  首次建立了我国膳食指南的修订程序、科学证据分级标准、定量术语描述、技术性支持报告等。在指南修订上更加科学、规范。


  更加强调膳食模式


  新版指南由原来的10条修订为6条,整体突出以食物多样、以食物为基础和平衡膳食,明确了能量平衡、多吃的食物、少吃的食物和限制的食物;对部分食物进行了日摄入量上的修改和调整。从健康促进、生态文明和可持续发展等方面整体考虑。


  扩大了覆盖人群
