依照有关法律规定，认定被告人方忠岳犯故意杀人罪，判处死刑，剥夺政治权利终身；犯盗窃罪，判处有期徒刑一年，并处罚金人民币二千元。数罪并罚，决定执行死刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处罚金人民币二千元。认定被告人陈锡华犯窝藏罪，判处有期徒刑三年。
