日前，记者从浙江大学计算机学院获悉，由于遭受不公正待遇，将不再参与ASC系列比赛，并拒绝此前在比赛中获得的奖金。
ASC是个什么比赛？为什么会导致浙大退赛？
4月18日至22日，ASC亚洲大学生超级计算机竞赛2016总决赛在位于武汉的华中科技大学举行，16支来自世界各高校的队伍参赛。
这项赛事是与美国SC、德国ISC大学生超算大赛并驾齐驱的全球三大超算赛事之一，由浪潮集团有限公司和国际超级计算机大会组委会(ISC)、国际高性能计算咨询委员会（HPC AC）共同举办，旨在推动亚洲国家及地区间超算青年人才交流和培养。
此次比赛分为两天。
比赛第一天，浙大表现亮眼，获得三个项目的第一，并以每秒12.03万亿次浮点运算速度创造了新的世界纪录。
但到了晚上，浙大团队发现自己失去运行权限，无法测试和运行原本计划的项目。而前几天一直能正常响应的24小时技术支持电话被关机。第二天中午，主办方才承认测试平台存在问题，并决定对所有参赛队延长4小时的比赛时间。
最后，直到下午四点主办方才配好权限，并给浙大单独延时两小时，要求他们在两小时内提交结果。这个项目规定的运行时间为28小时，而各个大学在运行和调试该项目时基本上都花费了10小时以上的时间，2个小时时间根本不可能运行完整个项目，所以这个价值25分的项目，浙大最终没有得分。
最终，东道主华中科技大学夺得此次比赛总冠军和e Prize计算挑战奖，上海交通大学获亚军，浙江大学获最高计算性能奖。
赛后，浙大两次当面向主办方递交了书面申诉，但都没有得到正式回复。回到杭州后，团队又通过邮件多次发出申诉，依然没有回应。
浙大计算机学院曾通过电话向主办方明确要求检查权限修改相关的日志，然而，主办方仅提供了浙大的用户操作日志，不提供权限修改的相关日志，且不愿意提供书面回应。“这个(用户操作)日志里面当然不会有任何问题，参赛队自己又不可能给自己做权限授权。”浙大相关负责人说。
随后，记者联系到主办方的阎女士，她表示，此次比赛没有任何不公平，主办方一直和浙大方面保持积极有效的沟通。
另据记者了解，此前，华中科技大学也曾因赛事公平性问题拒绝参赛，但今年不仅重新参赛，而且还是赛事主办方之一。另一所知名高校，中国科学技术大学也曾经在参赛过程中退赛。
