万达影视以现金方式收购互爱互动14.87%股权，同时互爱科技以其持有的互爱互动余下85.13%股权对万达影视进行增资。本次拟向互爱(北京)科技股份有限公司发行约2944.9万股，按照每股74.84元价格合算，互爱互动的整体估值近26亿人民币。
互爱互动目前已发行了多款网络游戏产品，其中包括《胡莱三国》、《斩仙》、《焚天》、《龙破九天》等多款网页游戏，及《全民斩仙》、《新神曲》、《火柴人联盟》、《中超风云》等多款移动网络游戏。公告显示，互爱互动2015年收入3.345亿，净利润1.4225亿。
万达影视称，整合完成后，万达影视的业务将拓展为境内电影制作及发行、境外电影制作以及网络游戏发行业务。青岛影投及互爱互动已分别成为万达影视的全资子公司并办理完毕工商变更手续。
