昨日，曾有消息传出奇虎360私有化财团正与外汇局就相关外汇问题展开谈判。外汇局目前暂时对奇虎私有化计划相关的换汇进行了限制。360官方则表示，私有化进展一切顺利，奇虎和外汇局在如何将资金汇出国外这一问题上存在分歧的说法完全是不实的。

按照私有化正常程序，一般分为私有化要约、特别委员会评估、提交13E-3表格和股东大会投票三个阶段。目前奇虎360已经处于最后一个阶段。
