盘谷银行是泰国最大的商业银行，此次发行的银联、TPN卡是一张国际支付卡，可以在157个国家和地区的银联卡受理网络使用，在泰国境内通过TPN转接，在泰国境外则通过银联网络受理。同时，该卡整合了来自银联国际及盘谷银行的优势资源，在旅游出行、景点、酒店、保险、购物等领域提供专属优惠和服务。
