成都警方“猎狐行动”缉捕一名潜逃缅甸经济嫌犯

　　中新网成都5月15日电  (安源 贺劭清)记者15日从成都警方获悉，在云南和缅甸警方的大力配合下，成都市公安局崇州市局通过境外缉捕工作组艰辛细致的工作，成功缉捕一名潜逃缅甸的经济犯罪嫌疑人员张某某，并于5月7日安全押解回蓉，2016年“猎狐行动”再添战果。

　　据了解，成都某纸业有限公司员工张某某涉嫌在2013年1月至2016年1月期间，利用担任该公司业务员的职务之便，采取伪造客户欠款单的方式，将该公司两个客户货款300余万元陆续转到自己账户挥霍使用，在罪行暴露时，于2016年1月偷渡出境。

　　成都公安机关侦办案件时通过情报信息搜集分析，发现张某某已逃往缅甸境内藏匿。成都崇州警方立即派遣缉捕工作组赶赴云南。通过云南警方的大力协作，协调缅甸警方展开国际司法协作行动，在缅甸掸邦东部第四特区某酒店将张某某成功抓获，并于5月6日在中国云南西双版纳州边境口岸移交成都警方。

　　成都警方表示“天网恢恢、疏而不漏”，张某某成功缉捕充分体现了公安机关境外追逃工作的决心和信心。警方呼吁仍然在逃的嫌疑人，境外不是“法外之地”，更不是“避罪天堂”，外逃不是出路，要正视问题，尽快投案自首，争取从轻处理。
