  增开列车


  向二、三线和中西部城市倾斜


  经常坐火车出行的朋友们会有这种体验:目前的普速列车主要以直辖市、省会城市为节点,对中小城市不够“友好”。同时,随着高铁建设突飞猛进,线路调整多以增加高铁动车为主,普速列车增加缓慢。这次大调图会不会解决这个困扰呢?


  记者从铁路部门了解到,此次调图会同时增加普速和高铁。新图共安排开行旅客列车3400多对,其中动车组列车2100多对,普速列车1200多对。旅客列车比原来增加近300对,增加部分向二、三线和中西部城市倾斜。


  中国铁路总公司运输局营运部副主任黄欣介绍,这次调图中普速列车是近年来增加最多的一次。“增开的普速客车很多都是安排在地级市之间开行,以更好地服务中小城市旅客出行。”


  调图后,从乌鲁木齐南至齐齐哈尔的K1082/3次列车将成为全国连续运行距离最长、运行时间最长的列车。该趟列车自5月17日起开行,连续运行距离达到4818公里,运行时间达到67小时32分。

  以广州南站为例,调图前,从广州南北上的最后一趟高铁每晚9点始发,调图后最晚一趟高铁为晚上10点25分始发的广州南-韶关G8828次,进一步方便短途旅客夜间出行。从廊坊至北京南将拥有开往首都用时最短的公交化高铁列车,21分钟跑完60公里全程,住在河北、工作在北京的人们也有福了。


  这次调图尽管没有高铁新线开通,但对现行运行图基本框架进行了整体优化。与以往在既有运行图上的微调不同,此次扬州、泰州、南通等地级城市将加入“高铁俱乐部”。由于动车的开通,南通至南京的旅行时间由4个小时压缩到2.5小时以内。


  另外,调图后铁路部门还将开行部分跨区域的中长途动车组列,如哈尔滨到郑州的高铁运行时间只有10.5个小时。早上漫步在中央大街,晚上就可以散步黄河岸旁。


  短途旅游


  热门城市间开行假日列车


  调图围绕特色旅游需求,规划旅游专列运行线69条。红色旅游、老区旅游、边疆旅游、休闲旅游和生态森林旅游……随着铁路出行网络日趋完善,高效快捷的动车成为周边游、周末游出行的首选。除了奔向远方的旅游专列,调图后,家门口的短途旅游也将越来越方便。


  黄山上的奇松苍劲、徽派古村的烟雨朦胧、鼓浪屿的涛声浪漫……以旅游资源丰富的南昌铁路局为例,调图后,该铁路局将采取加开列车、延长区段、开行“假日列车”等方式,增加去往旅游热门城市的列车。针对周末游客特点,安排周末和客流高峰期间,在南昌、九江、福州、厦门等旅游热门城市间开行“假日列车”15对。


  如果你有足够的时间,也梦想着远方,那么沿着中国地图从南往北看,一辆“最东南到最东北的列车”带你从“七闽山水”一路看到“白山黑水”。调图后,福建首次拥有直通东北黑土地的列车。从福州到哈尔滨的K1546/7、K1548/5次列车,沿途停靠武夷山、横峰、贵溪、鹰潭、九江、麻城、潢川、阜阳、商丘南、菏泽、聊城、衡水、天津、唐山、山海关、锦州、沈阳北、长春等车站,全程运行时间48.2小时。

  1 调图后车票价格有变化吗?


  铁路运行图调整后,火车票价会不会有啥“风吹草动”?


  黄欣告诉记者,“本次调图没有对车票票价调整的安排”,有些车次还“加量不加价”。


  以西安至上海的T140/37次列车为例,此次调图它的规格从特快升为了直达,车次改为Z254/1次。时间较此前缩短1小时11分,但全程票价不变。


  2 哪些产业将享受铁路便利?


  过去,为保障旅客运输,货物运输受到了一定的挤压,而随着旅客列车网络的加密,货运能力也得到了释放。记者从中国铁路总公司获悉,“调图”后铁路货运能力增长近9%,以时速120公里为主的各类货物快速班列开行总数达到251列,较原图增加58列、增长30.1%。在运输能力提升的条件下,铁路货运结构也将发生变化,搭乘铁路的货物也将不仅局限在煤炭、粮食等大宗干散货,家用电器、矿泉水等日用品也将成为铁路运输的大客户,不仅运输成本降低,还提高了安全和准点保障。


  与此同时,更多的货运列车将沿“一带一路”开向国际市场。此次“调图”将增开中欧、中亚班列,中欧、中亚班列运行线达到62条,较原图增加17条、增长37.8%,这为从事沿线国家进出口贸易的企业提供了新的选择。
