　　高学历年轻白领被骗45万元

　　张女士今年不满30岁，硕士毕业，是一名在深圳工作的年轻白领，之前从未想过自己会掉入电信诈骗的陷阱。然而就是因为一个诈骗电话，却令张女士被骗走了45万元人民币。

　　张女士某日接到了自称是银行、公安局等单位工作人员的诈骗电话。起初张女士还比较警觉，但随后的骗术还是令她卸下心防。“我查了114，确实是公安局的电话号码，并且对方还准确地报出了我的身份证号，我当时就对对方深信不疑了，便听从指挥用网银转账45万元。”

　　72岁癌症患者被骗光救命钱

　　在涉马来西亚电信诈骗案件中，72岁的郭女士不仅被骗走了一笔巨款，更被剥夺了最后的求生希望。

　　郭女士是一名癌症患者，去年9月被诈骗分子骗走了201万元人民币。这是郭女士治疗癌症的救命钱。她说：“有这笔钱我可以多活几年，现在被骗光了，我就不知道能活几天了……”

　　去年9月，郭女士接到诈骗电话，对方冒充警方称郭女士身份信息泄漏，并牵涉到某非法集资大案，要求其将资金转账至警方“安全账户”内进行清查。“一开始我还将信将疑，但后来对方给我传真了一份我的身份证复印件，以及所谓的检察院的徽章、检察官的私章和签名等，我就不由得相信了他们。”郭女士说。

　　郭女士现在唯一的希望，就是警方能够严惩犯罪分子，追回赃款返还受害人，“我希望台湾当局能够将在台的这些骗子押回大陆，让他们接受应有的惩罚，让我们这些受害人能得到一点小小的安慰……”

　　台商对诈骗天堂称号“感到很羞耻”

　　会议期间，记者还采访了一些在陆台商。这些台商们在大陆经商多年，对台湾电信诈骗犯罪集团诈骗大陆群众的恶劣行径也感到脸上无光、痛心疾首。

　　“我感到很羞耻。”珠海市台商协会创会会长施清枝说，“外界都认为台湾是诈骗天堂，靠诈骗收入来发展经济，我认为这是相当羞耻的事情，这些诈骗分子不应该用这种方式谋生，应该好好去工作、去赚钱，这才是做人的正确途径。”

　　在两岸合作打击电信诈骗第二轮协商会议上，公安部刑侦局副巡视员陈士渠表示，当前台湾电信诈骗团伙在第三地设立据点冒充大陆公检法执法人员诈骗大陆群众的犯罪依然十分猖獗，巨额赃款源源不断流入台湾，受害人被骗得倾家荡产、血汗钱无法追回的惨剧仍然不断上演，这种状况必须尽快改变。

　　陈士渠说，大陆公安机关将本着有利于打击犯罪、有利于保护受害人利益、有利于实现司法公正的原则，全力以赴打击电信诈骗犯罪、追缴赃款，“希望台湾有关部门在调查取证、追逃追赃等方面给予配合，坚决遏制目前跨境电信诈骗犯罪的猖獗势头，挽回大陆受害群众的损失”。
