今年以来，深圳警方在工作中发现一个以香港籍犯罪嫌疑人郭某昌为首、长期在深港两地非法买卖香港永久性居民身份证并涉及其他违法犯罪活动的团伙。深圳警方迅速成立专案组开展调查。经过缜密侦查，专案组于5月6日展开收网行动，在深圳市罗湖区先后抓获郭某昌、周某森（男，48岁，香港人）、杨某清（男，27岁，广东人）、胡某其（男，42岁，广东人）、徐某辉（男，45岁，广东人）等5名团伙成员，缴获香港永久性居民身份证815张，涉案手机、电话卡、银行卡、网银U盾等作案工具一批。
经初步查明，该犯罪团伙以郭某昌为首，长期在深港两地涉嫌非法买卖居民身份证用于妨害信用卡管理、电信诈骗、洗钱、非法经营等违法犯罪活动。此外，专案组在办案过程中还发现，郭某昌在香港曾有过持有假身份证、诈骗、不诚实采购有价证券等刑事犯罪记录；周某森为香港黑社会社团成员，曾有多次藏毒、贩毒、盗窃、非法赌博等刑事犯罪记录。
另据郭某昌交代，其长期资助多名香港反对派人士；近日香港反对派人士曾某成还委托其在深圳购买无人机，企图在中央代表团赴港期间进行滋扰活动。
目前，犯罪嫌疑人郭某昌、周某森、杨某清、胡某其、徐某辉等5人已被深圳市公安局依法刑事拘留。案件仍在进一步侦办中。
