通报显示，经查，湖北省广水市关庙镇财政所所长黄家成存在挪用公款问题。黄家成在担任关庙镇财政所所长期间，利用职务便利，以向本所会计打借条等方式，先后挪用公款共计188.4万元。广水市纪委给予黄家成开除党籍处分，广水市财政局给予黄家成行政开除处分。查实后，黄家成被判处有期徒刑八年。
