  通风廊道成城市规划修改亮点

  通风廊道构建将以控制为主

  中国城市规划设计研究院副院长王凯认为,城市大气环境的改善十分复杂,空气流动状况随着高度变化,各区域还会有很多的小的气流涡旋,都会直接影响到通风廊道的效果。这些年北京进行了大量的高密度高层建筑开发,未来不仅仅是要降低开发强度,还要配合加强绿地、水面的恢复建设。


  “规划通风廊道,首先就是要保护,防止现有的通风廊道被城市建设所侵占,保护空气流动状况不会继续变差。”何永说,通风廊道的建设并非要大拆大建,而是结合城市发展更新的进程,逐步进行优化。这是一个城市建设多方面因素综合考虑的过程。


  “吹霾”如何实现


  对于北京规划建设的通风廊道,百姓对吹散雾霾寄予了很高期待,与此同时,舆论也对雾霾会否吹响周边产生疑虑。
