河北省委原常委、秘书长景春华被提起公诉

　　新京报快讯(记者王梦遥)记者今天从最高人民检察院获悉，中共河北省委原常委、秘书长景春华涉嫌受贿、巨额财产来源不明一案，由最高人民检察院指定吉林省人民检察院侦查终结后，移送吉林省长春市人民检察院审查起诉。近日，长春市人民检察院已向长春市中级人民法院提起公诉。

　　检察机关在审查起诉阶段依法告知了被告人景春华享有的诉讼权利，并讯问了被告人景春华，听取了辩护人的意见。长春市人民检察院起诉书指控：被告人景春华利用其担任中共河北省承德市委副书记、承德市人民政府市长、中共河北省衡水市委书记、中共河北省委秘书长、中共河北省委常委等职务上的便利，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人巨额财物;被告人景春华的家庭财产和支出明显超过合法收入，差额特别巨大，且不能说明来源，依法应当以受贿罪、巨额财产来源不明罪追究其刑事责任。

　　景春华是十八大后河北落马的第二位省部级高官。在他之前，河北省委原常委、组织部原部长梁滨被查，此前已被提起公诉;在景春华之后，河北省原省委书记周本顺，河北省原省委常委、政法委书记张越也相继落马。
