上个月13号,阿里巴巴高调宣布加入国际反假联盟。当时,阿里巴巴表示:“通过国际反假联盟,阿里巴巴集团将能够就变化中的假冒侵权形势和知识产权保护等议题,与组织内其他成员探讨学习并开展建设性对话。”

然而,阿里的到来却引发国际反假联盟内其它成员的反弹。首先是美国轻奢品牌迈克?科尔斯退出联盟,并且说阿里巴巴是时尚界最危险的存在。一直以来打假策略都只是做表面文章,嘴上说力挺品牌强制打假,但实际上平台上的假货问题一直没有得到实际解决。

迈克?科尔斯公司的立场得到其它20多家联盟成员的支持。尽管国际反假联盟董事会主席不断安抚,并表示阿里是“可信赖的伙伴”,事件却仍然持续发酵。5月11日和5月12日,意大利时装品牌Gucci和美国珠宝品牌蒂芙尼先后宣布退出反假联盟。

在这些压力之下,国际反假联盟宣布,因为某些成员的顾虑,董事会决定暂停阿里所属的“一般会员”类别,之后会做更详细的讨论和考虑。

关于阿里巴巴打假的问题,不同的人有不同的看法。一位不愿透露姓名的电商业观察人士称,奢侈品牌这两年在中国销量不佳,却想把锅甩给电商平台,因此才有了这次国际反假联盟暂停阿里会员资格的事情发生:

电商观察人士:很多奢侈品在中国都面临业绩下滑的情况,他们可能是想归咎于电商平台,其实包括Gucci在内的奢侈品牌在电商平台上做得都很好,电商反而是有利于他们的销售的。

这位观察人士还表示,许多国际组织都对中国企业抱有歧视和偏见,这是国际反假联盟暂停阿里会员资格的另一个原因:

电商观察人士:这也不是阿里巴巴一家遇到的问题,很多中国公司在全球化过程中都曾经遇到类似的问题。这些国际组织、包括奢侈品品牌都应该持一个开放的态度,一个新密合作的而态度,才能从根本上解决假货的问题。

不过,职业打假人王海在这件事上却赞同那些国际奢侈品牌的看法,认为阿里从来没有真心要打假。他还说,如果阿里真的想打假,就该让消费者能够顺利向售假商家索赔,而不应该千方百计地保护商家逃脱法律责任。

事实上,最近两年以来,阿里巴巴在打假方面动作频频。去年一桩造假案件中,广州越秀区警方打掉两个团伙的5个线下运动服假货窝点,涉案金额达到2000万元,破案线索就来自阿里。

今年4月,阿里巴巴还与义乌市市场监管局开展了一次集中打击互联网侵权假冒违法犯罪专项行动,对义乌15个网络售假窝点和40多个售假网店进行了集中冲击。

上海万擎商务咨询有限公司CEO鲁振旺说,阿里为打假作出的努力应该得到承认。事实上,阿里巴巴也对奢侈品牌的抱怨作出了回应,今年5月4日,淘宝网发布《淘宝网奢侈品牌商品整顿公告》,宣布从5月20日起,淘宝卖家在发布奢侈品牌商品时,需要提供相关凭证。
