据介绍，12321网络不良与垃圾信息举报服务将于5月17日世界电信日当天，在腾讯互联网+城市服务平台正式上线，届时用户在微信、手机QQ上即可方便快捷地举报收到的垃圾、骚扰信息。

在微信中，进入“我”-钱包-城市服务-【网络不良信息举报】；在手机QQ中，点左上角头像-QQ钱包-城市服务-【不良信息举报】，进入后选择要举报的类别，填写或者复制、粘贴相关信息提交即可。

目前腾讯微信和手机QQ上的城市服务主要支持5种类型的举报功能，分别是：举报垃圾短信、举报诈骗电话、举报骚扰电话、举报个人信息泄露以及举报不良APP。
