开发商百万行贿
盘龙区检察院指控，2011年7月，仁泽地产在与云南物流集团业务合作期间，向时任云南物流集团党委书记、董事长周少方行贿10万英镑，按照当时汇率折合人民币103万元。
在昨日的庭审中，仁泽地产指派了一名副总裁周某代表地产公司出庭应诉。而公司原总经理苏某也坐在了被告席上。
法庭调查中，周某说送钱给周少方的事情，只有公司董事长陈某与总经理苏某知晓，其他高管并不知情，包括从公司拿出的10万英镑，周某也表示并不知情。行贿的事情，是以苏某的个人名义操办的，其他的事情一无所知。
【内幕】
饭局上“话中有话”
苏某当庭表示，对公诉机关的指控，他没有异议，表示认罪。苏某说，送钱给周少方10万英镑，钱确实是经过他的手送出去的，但钱是他从公司财务部签字领出来的。之所以以他的名义来送钱，目的是为了规避企业的风险。包括逢年过节，苏某都要上门拜访，每次都要包2000元到上万元不等的红包。
这10万英镑，到底是如何送出去的？苏某说，一天晚上，他与董事长陈某还有周少方一起在佳华大酒店吃饭，席间周少方一再说起，他的孩子在英国读书，很想去英国看望一下孩子，并有意无意地向他们询问英镑的兑换情况。
苏某说，饭局过后，他们还在一起猜测周某的言外之意，认为是周少方借去英国看孩子的话题，公开向他们索贿。因为他们公司之间还有很多业务往来，包括一些城中村改造项目的推进，恰好也在节骨眼上，需要大量的资金支持。于是陈某与苏某商量决定，以苏某的个人名义从公司财务提出10万英镑，再通过苏某送给周少方本人。
从公司拿到钱后，苏某便马不停蹄地将钱送到了周少方本人手中，周少方也欣然笑纳。
【退赃】
预感出事慌忙退钱
今年53岁的周少方，是土生土长的昆明人。公诉材料显示，周少方不惜动用一切关系和权力，从国资企业借了1000多万元给苏某。庭审查明，周少方与陈某、苏某不但私交很好，还有着多年的同事关系。更重要的是，云南物流集团与仁泽地产早有业务往来。
据云南物流集团去年10月发布的一份“通报巡视组反馈意见整改情况”内容显示，云南物流集团曾于2010年以委托贷款的方式，借给仁泽地产1亿元。
周少方得到这10万英镑后，便又以委托贷款的方式再次追加借款给了仁泽地产1.5亿元。2015年2月初，周少方预感到要出事，慌忙把10万英镑如数退还给了苏某。苏某说，钱退还后他一直放在车上，不知如何处理。后来担心在车上不安全，只好存放在家里。
2015年3月23日，接受检察机关调查后，苏某才将10万英镑交了出来，并如实交代了自己的犯罪事实。此案将择日宣判。
