一名同住在花园街道的吴女士回忆，她带孩子过来打疫苗时，彭某负责打针，另外一名护士负责收钱，把现金拿到桌子下挡着视线点钱，动作鬼鬼祟祟。

在该栋楼6层，门口的防盗门已经有些掉漆，两边贴着红色对联，横联上书“一帆风顺”。记者敲门后见到了彭某的家人，他们证实彭某平时确实居住于此处。记者希望进一步了解彭某的情况，被他们婉拒。
在彭某家楼下门口，贴着一张5月14日由南岸区政府花园路街道办贴出的“告居民书”，上面介绍了此次疫苗疑似被“调包”事件经过，并称“希望广大居民朋友依法理性表达诉求，不要采取违法、过激行为。”
同样住在家属院的退休医生吴袖（化名）告诉“深读”（微信ID：shenduzhongguo）记者，彭某原本是重庆六院一附属医院护士，1991年医院搬迁到这里，彭某随着附属医院合并到重庆六院，随后在妇产科工作多年。

重庆媒体人陈桦（化名）就住花园路街道社区，因为平时忙，每次打疫苗针都是由孩子奶奶领着孩子去社区卫生服务中心。

“深读”（微信ID：shenduzhongguo）记者跟随南岸区疾控中心工作人员在群众来访登记中发现，大部分疫苗接种证上登记的接种记录都不完整，生产企业、疫苗批号、接种医生等信息均为空白。
“接种证是法定证件，接种记录具有法律效应。接种疫苗后，按要求填写接种记录是最基本的工作要求。该接种门诊能填出如此不规范的接种记录，足以证明接种门诊平时疏于管理。”南岸区疾控中心工作人员对记者直言。
彭某丈夫为医生 近日未上班
在社区服务中心的重庆巾帼文明岗上，彭某的名字位列其中，名字下写着的工作理念“努力工作、无私奉献”显得格外刺眼。

重庆六院退休医生吴袖介绍，彭某所住的那栋楼，至少要达到中级以上职称才有资格住，彭某没有。
彭某的丈夫是重庆某医院的副主任医师。5月16日下午，记者来到该医院，看到写有黄某名字的办公桌上摆放着电脑及相关材料，但并无人在座位上。
一副主任医师对记者证实，近几天黄某确实未上班，“具体什么原因我们也不清楚。”
