新京报快讯（记者赵毅波） 中石油混合所有制改革试验在新疆进一步提速。中石油官网5月17日发布消息称，中石油新疆销售公司与阿克苏地区合资设立的阿克苏中油国兴能源有限责任公司（以下简称中油国兴能源）成立。
据悉，中油国兴能源的主营业务是天然气，代表阿克苏方面出资的企业系阿克苏国企——阿克苏国兴资产投资经营有限责任公司（以下简称阿克苏国兴资产）。新京报记者登录新疆企业信用信息网站查询，该公司信息尚未录入。中石油和阿克苏方面的出资比例暂时未能确认。
此前在2015年9月16日，新疆销售与阿克苏国兴资产、库车经济技术开发投资有限公司签署合资协议书，条件成熟时成立合资公司。
据记者了解，阿克苏国兴资产为阿克苏地方的国有投资公司，其目前已将业务扩展到国有资产投资经营、房屋租赁、成品油零售等领域，截至去年9月，该公司已对外投资参股3.25亿元。
