三亚启用崖州中心渔港 距南海渔场最近国家中心渔港
中新网海口5月17日电 (记者 王子谦)记者17日获悉，2016年伏季休渔开始后，海南省三亚市将开始功能性启用崖州中心渔港，该港是海南最现代化渔港，也是距离南海渔场最近的国家中心渔港。
据介绍，5月16日到8月1日休渔期间，三亚将完成渔港整体搬迁工作，计划8月1日实现全面开港。
三亚崖州中心渔港位于崖州湾宁远河口西侧，紧邻海南环岛高速公路，据三亚市区约50公里，是南海渔场作业船舶停泊、避风、卸渔、补给最便捷的基地，可建成中国南海最重要的水产品集散地，建设目标是集生产作业、后勤补给、加工、防灾减灾、休闲渔业及旅游服务功能于一体的综合性渔港。
三亚崖州中心渔港市场管理主管林海涛介绍，该渔港港区用地1300亩，水域1400亩，码头岸线长1100米，估算投资30亿元。主要包括渔港主体工程、生产配套设施、保障性住房、市政配套设施工程。项目分两期建设，一期估算投资25亿元，主要建设渔港主体工程、生产配套设施、保障性住房、路网一期、路网二期等开港必建项目；二期投资约5亿元，主要建设二期码头项目及疏浚、二号冷库等项目。
林海涛介绍，三亚崖州中心渔港全部建成后可停靠1500至1800艘渔船，港口抗10级台风，是海南南部示范性中心渔港。

三亚市海洋与渔业局局长章华忠介绍，建设三亚崖州中心渔港将满足该市产业布局需求，促进渔业产业结构调整，同时可服务南海渔业。他表示，三亚崖州中心渔港建设综合考虑渔业和其他产业发展，在渔港本身的交易补给功能之外，将进行水产品的深加工与精细化处理，还将与文化结合，打造渔业旅游小镇。
章华忠表示，未来三亚崖州中心渔港将有条件成为三沙渔业的交易基地，同时将与东南亚国家和地区开展渔业合作交流。
