  5月17日,苏州市国土资源局挂出《苏州市区国有建设用地使用权网上挂牌出让使用公告》称,该局于4月20日挂牌的5幅地块,由于规划优化原因,经市政府批准,暂缓出让。五幅地块有三幅分布于姑苏区,一幅位于相城区,一幅位于高新区。


  同策咨询研究部统计显示,2016年苏州土地成交楼面价在1.5万元/平方米以上的地块共9幅,大部分集中于姑苏区和相城区。

  一家刚于苏州拿地的房企相关人士对21世纪经济报道记者透露,最新了解到的情况就是,苏州马上要推出调控政策,涉及限购。


  5月17日下午,苏州市政府举行了例行会议,主题就是稳定房地产工作,会议通过了限购方案,拟于5月23日公布、24日执行。主要内容是,购房者须满足缴纳社保一年以上,个人所得税缴纳2年以上,另推出买房居住证满一年等硬性规定,以防炒房和补缴社保。

  21世纪经济报道记者多方求证获悉,苏州市政府有意要房企先放下拿地念头,否则市场继续疯狂,大部分房企更没有机会拿地。上述暂停出让的地块,有可能等政策出台之后,市场有所冷却了才重新推出。


  一些最近在苏州拿地的房企内部人士明确对21世纪经济报道记者表示,接下来将“走一步看一步”。
