快递业正在由价格竞争向智能竞争过渡。面对激烈的市场竞争，快递业正在掀起一场以“智慧创新”为关键词的军备赛。
作为京交会的重要组成部分之一，2016中国快递行业（国际）发展大会将于5月30日召开。中国快递协会副秘书长杨骏昨日介绍本届京交会快递服务板块亮点时谈道，该板块主要分为“快递服务展区”、“中国快递行业（国际）发展大会”、“快递行业签约仪式”三大主题活动。展区整体设计由航空母舰形变而来，寓意打造中国“快递航母”集群，以智慧快递、绿色快递、安全快递为特色，向观众展示快递业在高科技应用、节能环保、快件安全等多个方面不断提升客户体验的成果。
智能化成为企业在展区活动中关注的焦点。申通快递负责人表示，企业正在测试使用的分拣“机器人”将亮相快递展区，这也成为首台快递“机器人”公开亮相。申通将以实物+视频的形式向消费者展示快递分拣机器人的工作原理；圆通通过落地触摸屏的形式介绍圆通App、行者App、管理者驾驶舱等技术手段，向消费者展示企业信息化进程。圆通速递负责人表示，企业正在通过与国家邮政局信息对接，落实快递实名制；EMS则正在大力推动移动端电子下单。
加速出海下乡
随着国内市场竞争加剧，以及跨境电商的快速发展，快递跨境业务成为国内快递企业眼中的一块大蛋糕。包括顺丰、圆通、申通、中通、韵达、百世等在内主流快递企业均会对自身多元化发展新形象做展示，跨境及农村业务成为展示的重点。
百世快递相关负责人坦言，突出跨境业务是企业在京交会展出的两大亮点之一，通过在美国设立自建仓储等设施，百世快递已经可以摆脱转运等环节，实现“一票寄递”。京交会期间，百世快递将从美国快递30票左右快件直达京交会现场，以此向观众详细介绍“一票快递”与其他跨境件的区别。
杨骏表示，本届大会将以“助力新经济培育新动能服务新业态”为主题，围绕“一带一路”、供给侧改革等国家战略，展望“十三五”快递业发展蓝图，探讨快递业“向西、向下和向外”发展，与上下游产业的协同发展，以及快递人才队伍的培养与建设。
签约额有望大幅提升
新经济形势下，中国快递业继续保持着高速增长，京交会期间，快递服务板块签约额也有望大幅提升。杨骏表示，在不到两年时间内跨越年业务量100亿件、200亿件的台阶，全年最高日处理量超过1.6亿件。一季度快递业务量超过2012年全年水平，同比增速达到56.4%。
中国快递协会将与国际友好行业组织、汽车制造业以及绿色包装企业签署战略合作协议。杨骏表示，在引导和鼓励快递企业走绿色发展道路方面，中国快递协会将与多家印刷包装企业合作，在研究推广科技环保材料和可重复利用的物流包装容器，加强快递包装物料的循环利用、快件包装简便化等方面加强合作，从而促进快递包装物料的规格化、标准化。
