IT资讯讯 5月16日消息，昨天曾有消息称，乐视本周将宣布进军房地产，但该爆料并没有任何依据，现在世茂股份今日发布公告，宣布将向“乐视控股”转让下属“世茂新体验公司”持有的“财富时代公司”及“世茂商管公司”持有的“新世纪公司”100%股权。

据悉，世茂股份此次的转让交易价格分别为29.20亿元、0.52亿元，合计29.72亿元。财富时代公司主营业务为房地产开发等，新世纪公司主营业务为销售食品；园林绿化服务；企业管理；投资管理等。

世茂股份称，通过本次交易，公司将与“乐视控股”在多元化领域展开积极合作，从而进一步优化公司的业务结构。世茂股份还指出，本次股权交易充分体现了世茂股份商业地产资产管理的战略思维，通过出售部分培育成熟的商业地产，进一步优化公司商业资产结构，实现商业地产的资本增值。

这不是乐视首次涉足房地产行业。2016年3月，媒体曝出乐视江北嘴酒店综合体项目由乐视在江北嘴投资30亿元建设，2015年11月，乐视更是以4.21亿元的价格在重庆龙兴等地拿下近40万平方米的商业和住宅用地。

当然，这就意味着乐视将进军房地产产业还言之过早，还是需要等待乐视官方消息。
