应文化部要求，为加强移动网络游戏管理，现要求所有上线运营的网络游戏需符合以下条件：
1、运营发行移动网络游戏的企业，需要取得《网络文化经营许可证》；
2、除棋牌休闲游戏外，国内移动游戏产品，在上线或版本更新时，需取得文化部备案，备案和《网络文化经营许可证》申请详见文化部官方网站http://www.ccm.gov.cn/swordcms/publish/default/static/main/index.htm
3、进口移动网络游戏产品（著作权人属于境外的），平台将协助您进行备案，请联系您的对应商务协助处理。
4、以上规范在6月1日起正式实行，6月1日后上线的移动网络游戏需要提供两证，6月1日前上线的游戏烦请尽快提交备案证明，否则游戏将面临下架风险。
