　　《澳洲日报》18日发表题为《张德江视察香港的四重意涵》的文章。文章注意到此次中国官方媒体在报道张德江访港时，使用的是“视察”而非以前的“访问”一词。

　　文章说，这没有必要大惊小怪，这应是为了体现中央对香港特别行政区的主权，强调中央与特别行政区之间是一种授权者与被授权者的关系，凸显香港是中国管辖的一个特别行政区，是一个地方行政单位。“视察”一词表明香港是中国领土的一部分，带有反对“港独”的意蕴。
