商务部：美对华冷轧板反倾销反补贴调查终裁不公正
中新网5月18日电 据商务部网站消息，美国时间5月17日，美国商务部对原产于中国和日本的冷轧板做出反倾销反补贴调查终裁。其中，美方裁定中国企业的倾销税率为265.79%，补贴税率为256.44%。

该负责人指出，2015年以来，美方针对巴西、印度、韩国、俄罗斯、日本、荷兰、英国、土耳其和中国等多个国家的冷轧板、镀锌板、不锈钢板等钢铁产品启动多起贸易救济调查，并采取措施，意图将国内钢铁产业的困境转嫁国外，借机给予国内产业额外保护。中方认为，美方频繁限制其他国家钢铁产品进入美国市场的做法背离了世贸组织的自由贸易原则，不符合全球化趋势，严重阻碍了钢铁产品正常的国际贸易。
该负责人强调，当前全球钢铁产业面临的经营困难、产能过剩等问题是由于世界经济增长乏力、需求不振造成的，需要各国协同应对。简单频繁地采取贸易保护措施，无助于从根本上解决各国钢铁产业暂时面临的困难。中方一贯主张通过磋商、合作等方式化解摩擦，实现互利共赢。
