外交部：中方赞赏多哥在南海问题上维护公平正义

　　新华社北京5月18日电（记者靳若城、崔文毅）外交部发言人洪磊18日表示，多哥呼吁南海问题有关各方遵守《联合国海洋法公约》第298条等相关国际法，中方对多哥在南海问题上维护国际公平正义的做法表示赞赏。

　　在当日例行记者会上，有记者问，据报道，多哥外交、合作与非洲一体化部发布了关于中国南海形势的公报。请问中方对此有何评论？

　　洪磊说，我们注意到了多哥政府有关公报，多哥呼吁南海问题有关各方遵守《联合国海洋法公约》第298条等相关国际法，致力于通过对话协商和平解决分歧，并重申支持地区国家通过谈判巩固互信、加强合作，表示只有有关各方间的直接对话和谈判是公正公平解决南海问题的唯一办法，呼吁有关各方共同努力，维护南海敏感地区的和平与安全。

　　洪磊表示，多哥有关立场符合南海问题有关基本事实，符合中国与有关国家之间达成的通过协商谈判解决争议的双边和地区共识，符合国际法和普遍国际实践，体现了国际社会对有关问题的公正客观意见。
