  参考消息网5月18日报道 港媒称,融创中国董事会主席孙宏斌表示,北京很多项目被豪宅化,“一个城市不可能这么多豪宅”,风险很大。他又形容,现在土地市场这么疯狂,南京、苏州的地价很荒唐。


  据《香港商报》网站5月17日报道,融创中国16日在北京举行“北京壹号院”全球发布会。孙宏斌表示,“地价这么高,肯定是不对的。房价没泡沫、地价肯定有泡沫。”因此,“我们永远不会高价抢地,但合理的会比较坚决拿,”他说。


  谈到融创北京豪宅项目与香港豪宅的区别,孙宏斌分析,从价格上来说,北京与香港有差距,但会慢慢赶上来。香港豪宅价格比北京贵的原因在于有得天独厚的自然景观,例如可看到山顶、维多利亚港等。从产品上来说,北京豪宅项目肯定不比香港差。


  北京区域总经理荆宏预计,今年东三环顶级豪宅“北京壹号院”的销售额将超过17亿元(人民币,下同)。高级副总经理楼艳青透露,“北京壹号院”在5月第一周的销售额超过5亿元,客户趋向年轻化,以70后、80后为主。而在北五环的“北京壹号庄园”项目在4月份成交9栋别墅,总销售额达2.72亿元。
