应该称呼各位武林好友,大家好我是班长俞永福,其实这是第一次正式参加武林大会,参加武林大会今天特别兴奋,因为每一个男人的内心都有一个成为武林大侠的梦想,说到武林大侠想到两个关键词修炼、战斗,其实每一个人都在广义的创业这样的环境,每个人每一天都在修炼,都在做自己的业务,把业务从阿里妈0到1,从1到10,从10到100,这样一个过程之中,过去很多年驱动我们的八个字,影响很大,也是今天分享的视角,仰望星空,脚踏实地,因为所有的修炼最终的结果很大一个感受其实输在格局,赢在细节,如果方向错了,付出再大的努力都等于0,这个修炼过程都很重要。

今天作为开场嘉宾站立阿里妈妈的角度跟大家分享一下永福过去一年仰望星空对过去的思考,讲一下脚踏实地。

先说仰望星空,其实实际上第一个媒体产业还在快速的发展,这个发展还是以移动互联网为核心的,但这个发展其实到今天这个时间点从用户量上基本上达到一个很重要,中国人一半人已经用移动互联网,但是下一个三年在用户过程中影响最大是时长,在未来的三年中国人花在移动互联网时间还会翻番,在这个过程中主要的贡献者各位屋里好友是一部分,但是随着时间的发展大家会托慢时间数,因为中国花在移动互联网时间最多是85年,这是引发看到移动互联网正在从量变到质变很重要的过程,这屋里一大部分人被移动互联网影响的一代人,移动互联网引发的变化引发我们的变化,但是85后,出生之后整个生活方式就是mobile,他们其实是因他们在影响着移动互联网媒体的发展,这是一个很重要的不同。后面看到很多媒体形式,就是因为他们的生活方式,是他们影响移动媒体的发展,我们被移动媒体所影响的一代人,这是第一个看到的不同,对于85后这样一个分界线在移动互联网的差异只会越来越大。

第二个重要的变化其实是媒体形式在快速的变化,看到在今天到2016年到2017年,未来两年内三种媒体形式将是产业的风口正在快速的变化,移动的信息流,短视频、直播,尤其后两种完全是85后的兴趣引发整个媒体形式特别大的变化,这三种媒体形式快速变化如何把握好,利用好。
