中新网5月19日电 据福建省南平市南平市中级人民法院官方微博消息，安徽省政协原副主席韩先聪受贿、滥用职权案今日一审开庭。韩先聪被控直接或通过其亲属非法收受他人给予的财物共计折合人民币2328万余元；造成国家财产损失共计人民币2.22亿余元。韩先聪当庭表示认罪、悔罪。
2016年5月19日，福建省南平市中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了安徽省政协原副主席韩先聪受贿、滥用职权一案。
福建省南平市人民检察院起诉指控：2003年至2014年，被告人韩先聪利用其担任中共安庆市委书记、中共滁州市委书记、“大滁城”建设指挥部政委，安徽省人民政府秘书长，安徽省政协副主席等职务上的便利，为十八家单位和个人在土地出让、项目建设、工程承揽、职务晋升等事项上谋取利益，直接或通过其亲属非法收受他人给予的财物共计折合人民币2328万余元。此外，韩先聪还徇私舞弊，违反相关规定，为有关公司或企业低价获取土地使用权、减收土地逾期付款违约金等事项提供帮助，造成国家财产损失共计人民币2.22亿余元。
庭审中，公诉机关出示了相关证据，韩先聪及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方在法庭的主持下充分发表了意见，韩先聪还进行了最后陈述，并当庭表示认罪、悔罪。韩先聪的亲属、全国和福建省两级人大代表、政协委员、新闻记者及各界群众60余人旁听了庭审。
庭审结束后法庭宣布休庭，择期宣判。
