安徽省政协原副主席韩先聪受贿、滥用职权案开庭

　　新华社福州5月19日电 福建省南平市中级人民法院19日一审公开开庭审理了安徽省政协原副主席韩先聪受贿、滥用职权一案。

　　福建省南平市人民检察院起诉指控：2003年至2014年，被告人韩先聪利用其担任中共安庆市委书记、中共滁州市委书记、“大滁城”建设指挥部政委，安徽省人民政府秘书长、安徽省政协副主席等职务上的便利，为十八家单位和个人在土地出让、项目建设、工程承揽、职务晋升等事项上谋取利益，直接或通过其亲属非法收受他人给予的财物共计折合人民币2328万余元。此外，韩先聪还徇私舞弊，违反相关规定，为有关公司或企业低价获取土地使用权、减收土地逾期付款违约金等事项提供帮助，造成国家财产损失共计人民币2.22亿余元。

　　庭审中，公诉机关出示了相关证据，韩先聪及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方在法庭的主持下充分发表了意见，韩先聪还进行了最后陈述，并当庭表示认罪、悔罪。韩先聪的亲属、全国和福建省两级人大代表、政协委员、新闻记者及各界群众60余人旁听了庭审。
