　　50多年来，中赞两国人民结下了深厚的友谊，从中赞两国的友好合作当中得到了实实在在的好处。但始终有一些别有用心的人直到今天依然想破坏这种友谊。今天有一份地方小报公然造谣说中国人用人肉制成罐头牛肉在非洲销售。这完全是毫无根据的恶意中伤，是别有用心的诬蔑，其丑恶目的就是破坏中国人的形象，破坏中赞友谊，破坏中非友谊，这是我们坚决不能接受的。我们在此对这样的行为表示极大愤慨和强烈谴责。中国使馆将向赞比亚有关部门提出严正交涉，要求坚决彻查涉事报纸及其消息来源，还中国人以清白，给中国人一个公道！
