检方：利用职务便利贪污受贿
据指控，2007年至2013年期间，刘显明在担任广州轻工工贸集团有限公司党委委员、副总经理期间，利用职务便利，伙同当时任集团董事长宋等人共同贪污公款60.1万元，其中刘显明个人分得22.1万元，并据为己有。
另据指控，2008年至2013年期间，刘显明利用职务便利，分别为广州某物业管理公司法人陈某、某物业公司股东、基建部部长陆森和其他几家公司的负责人谋取利益，共同受贿了这些人贿赂的人民币89万元，港币5万元和价值人民币24.5万元的购物卡。
检方认为，刘显明在担任国有企业负责人期间，属于国家工作人员身份，利用职务便利，安排公司下属套取贿赂款项给上级领导使用，并与相关合作公司开展业务合作时，收受了合作公司为了搞好“人情关系”的贿赂款，应当以贪污罪和受贿罪数罪并罚，追究刑事责任。
悔罪：贿款大部分都给儿子治病

昨日庭上，刘显明年近九十的老母亲也到庭旁听。辩护律师称，刘显明家中尚有年迈的长辈，其儿子在未成年时已罹患重病，一直需要高额的治疗费用，如今也领着低保金维持生活。而刘显明的兄弟姐妹的生活均有困难，平常都靠刘显明接济。辩护律师请求法庭鉴于刘显明有自首、认罪、退赃等情节，给予减轻量刑。
目前该案仍在进一步审理当中。
