　　19日上午，由中国交通运输部、广东省人民政府联合举行了“2016年珠江口国家海上搜救演习”。这是中国迄今为止规模最大的海陆空立体搜救演习。

　　记者了解到，本次演习由中国海上搜救中心、广东省海上搜救中心共同组织实施。中国19个部委及其所属力量、广东及港澳地区42个单位参加了本次演习。演习动用了35艘船舶、4架飞机、1300余人。

　　本次演习采用国家层面桌面演习与现场实战演练相结合的方式进行，按照海上突发事件“统一指挥，分级管理，属地为主”的处置原则，在北京、广东和现场设置部、省、市三级演习指挥部，完全模拟事故处置的现场情况，无脚本演习开展应急响应、决策指挥、应急处置、应急支援和媒体应对等五个部分21个场景的演练。
