　　5月18日晚间，中广核通过官方微信“中国广核集团”发布的一则题为“香港记者走进大亚湾反向路演”的消息显示，该公司新闻发言人黄晓飞对来访的记者表示，尽管近期媒体对欣克利角C核电项目（HPC）项目有一些担忧，但英法两国政府对HPC项目的支持始终未变。

　　黄晓飞称，在法国政府的全力支持下，EDF目前正致力于完成“最终投资决策”所有必要的工作。作为英国三大新建核电项目的重要参与方，中广核正在积极与EDF开展协商与谈判，尽快促成HPC项目最终投资决策具备条件。

　　中广核此前向本报记者提供的资料显示，华龙一号是中广核与中核集团共同研发的三代核电技术，其安全水平与美国、法国、俄罗斯等世界主流三代核电技术相当。与这些国家的核电技术相比，华龙一号的经济性更具优势，是中国核电出口的重要选择。

　　目前，包括中广核在内的中国核电企业已经与阿根廷、埃及、沙特、南非、约旦、亚美尼亚、肯尼亚等多个国家签署核能合作协议。如果华龙一号成功在英国立足，那么将大大地提高中国企业日后与俄罗斯、美国、法国、日本、韩国等核电强国参与发展中国家核电市场的竞争能力。
