海南琼海原人大主任朱允彦受贿400多万元受审

　　南海网海口5月18日消息(南海网记者 刘麦)利用职务便利，涉嫌多次收受工程承包商贿赂共计415万人民币以及价值14.5万元轿车一辆。5月18日上午，海南省第一中级人民法院公开开庭审理原琼海市副市长、市人大常委会主任朱允彦涉嫌受贿案。

　　今年59岁的朱允彦，海南文昌人。2003年3月至2011年2月，任琼海市政府副市长，2011年2月至案发前任琼海市人大常委会主任。因涉嫌受贿犯罪，于2015年5月18日被刑事拘留，同年6月1日被逮捕。

　　检察机关指控称，2003年至2014年之间，被告人朱允彦在担任琼海市政府副市长、市人大常委会主任期间，利用职务便利，在工程承建、房地产项目规划报建等方面为他人谋取利益，多次收受工程承包人杨某某、海南弘某投资有限公司、琼海博鳌华某房地产开发有限公司等14名个人及公司的贿赂共计人民币415万元，价值14.5万元轿车一辆。

　　2009年，琼海市廉租房二期项目公开招标，项目业主单位为琼海市住房保障与房产管理局。杨某某找到分管该项目的琼海市副市长朱允彦，提出请朱允彦帮助其承揽该工程项目，朱允彦答应帮忙。随后，朱允彦找该市住房保障与房产管理局原局长陈某(另案处理)，表示将该项目承包给杨某某做。此后，杨某某挂靠的海南某建筑工程公司顺利中标该工程。为感谢朱允彦的帮助，2009年春节期间至2013年中秋节期间，杨某某在琼海市金隆酒店停车场、琼海长坡镇杨某某家门口等地分10次送给朱允彦150万元人民币。

　　此外，朱允彦还利用职务便利，收受海南某投资有限公司庄某某、琼海某房地产有限公司屈某某等13人所送贿赂265万元人民币及价值14.5万元轿车一辆。

　　今天的庭审进行了举证、质证、法庭辩论，被告人朱允彦对检察机关指控的每一笔受贿犯罪事实都没有异议，当庭表示认罪服罚。

　　法庭将择日对此案作出一审宣判。
