　　张德江在香港的3天活动，有两大“重头戏”。一是出席“一带一路高峰论坛”，二是与包括泛民代表在内的一批立法会议员“小范围”会面，并在随后的欢迎宴上讲话。

　　有趣的是，刘慧卿此前上演了一个插曲。她声称遗失邀请函，特首办随即补发给她。她称，对上面称呼她为“女士”感到奇怪，因为政府给予她的公函及通讯都是称为“议员”云云。特首办只能再度回应，给予立法会议员的邀请函都是以立法会议员（名字）先生或女士称呼，而信封上的地址及姓名是方便职员送递。

　　这不，张德江在18日晚出席晚宴致辞时，主动提及“港独”问题。张德江表示，香港有极少数人排斥“一国”、抗拒中央，以本土之名行分裂之事，违背“一国两制”初心。

　　“一国两制”初心，本来包含包容与善意。香港市民生活方式、价值理念应得到尊重，事实上“一国两制”的主要内涵之一就是保持香港原有的经济制度及生活方式不变，港人治港、高度自治，均是对香港本土最好的照顾。但爱本土不等于闹“独立”，近年“港独”主张抬头，早前更有部分激进政团声称要“自决”香港前途，都是走了歪路念了歪经。

　　“港独”是祸心，非初心。“不忘初心，方得始终。”张德江来港，正是表明中央“不走样、不变形”落实“一国两制”的决心。
