近日，薛某的律师向法晚记者提供了警方侦查过程中涉及违法的监控视频片断。根据监控视频资料显示，警方提审薛某的时间为2014年3月21日上午11时许，提审地点为山西太原二看讯问室29。在这段一分多钟的监控视频中，警官让薛某对讯问笔录签字时，明确告知“签上20号”，随即将原本真实的20号的笔录当场撕毁。
