在确定拟录用建议人选时，由义乌市相关单位领导组成的考官团严格把关，从考生面试成绩、组织领导能力和培养潜力、个人来义乌发展意愿、所学专业紧缺度和匹配度等多个方面综合分析。
最后从147名报名人员中确定了13名拟录用人选。
