不过，股市瞬息万变，仅仅两个月的时间，暴风科技股价便经历了大幅下跌，截至5月18日收盘，其收盘价为58.50元，与3月29日的114.98元高点相比，股价惨遭腰斩，前述273万股对应的市值也缩水到了1.6亿元。
两相对比，上述股权对应的市值便减少了1.54亿元。
其实，在收购方案出台后，记者便做过提示，该部分财富还只是纸面财富。暴风科技是有名的“妖股”，股价估值之高，位居A股前列。
此外，刘诗诗等人给出了对赌协议：2016年~2018年稻草熊影业扣非净利润累计不低于4.36亿元。如果达不到承诺标准，则要补足，根据补偿的计算公式，到2018年结束。
