记者从成都地奥集团（下称地奥）获悉，枸橼酸西地那非（仿制伟哥，又称“国产伟哥”）已经在2015年11月进入国家食药总局排队评审阶段，预计今年下半年将获取批件，并上市销售。目前公司正在全面征集新药的名字。这意味着地奥生产的国产伟哥或将成为继金戈之后第二个得以上市的国产伟哥产品。
据悉，国内患ED人群超过1亿，抗ED药物的市场规模达到数百亿元。在此以前，治疗男性勃起障碍（ED）药物市场由辉瑞万艾可、礼来希爱力和拜耳艾力达三足鼎立。万艾可给辉瑞公司带来了丰厚的收益。根据《南方周末》报道，截至2013年，万艾可在全球已售出3亿片，也成为辉瑞公司在中国市场上最赚钱的“金矿”。

除了医药板块，地奥还大力投资能源板块，然而，自2012年起，整个以煤炭为代表的能源行业出现持续低迷，地奥的能源帝国也受到一定影响。矿业投资的风险预估不足，加上地奥心血康贡献渐不如从前，早日获得“国产伟哥”的准生证就被地奥集团寄予厚望。
不过，公开消息称，除已经上市的广药白云山的金戈外，珠海生化制药、联环药业、河北常山药业等十多家企业正在等待“伟哥”仿制药批文。这意味着国内万艾可的仿制药竞争也并不轻松。
与此同时，国外经验指出，专利药期满后，当仿制药达到一定的市场规模后，才会对国外巨头销量带来影响。
