据悉，工商银行手机银行扫码取现无需使用银行卡实物介质，只需打开工商银行手机银行客户端中的“扫一扫”功能，扫描自助取款机(ATM)屏幕上显示的二维码，即刻完成取款，但前提是用户必须先开通工行的手机E支付功能。

另外，如果客户开通了手机银行一键支付功能，扫码取现过程中无需再次输入手机号、账户、验证码等信息，只需在手机银行客户端输入事先设定的静态支付密码即可安全完成支付，进一步提升了支付环节的客户体验。

据悉，这种手机扫码只是为了方便未带银行卡的用户应急使用，一般情况这种取现方式额度仅为3000元，不过实际办理时，需按照用户自己设置的工银e支付交易额度限制使用。
