法制晚报讯（记者 王思思 王岗 谢家乐）近日，一则“2.6亿古董托运摔碎，航空公司按100元/公斤赔偿”的新闻受到关注。《法制晚报》记者整理了2014年以来的18起行李运输差错事件，发现无论旅客损失的行李价值有多高，航空公司实际赔偿金额却相差无几，平均为890元。
根据现行的民航规定，行李损失确实“按斤赔偿”，标准为每公斤50元至100元。对此，行业专家认为，相关规定已沿用20年，已经滞后。业内提醒旅客，贵重行李物品不要托运，要随身携带。

追访 民航规定“按斤赔偿” 专家认为“滞后”

随后，记者咨询了国内几家大型航空公司，发现他们普遍按照每公斤最低50元、最高300元的标准赔偿行李损失。
对此，民航专家张起淮表示，“现行规定严重滞后，是导致旅客索赔无门的主要原因，1996年发布的规定至今已经20年了，尽管2006年曾经调整过一次，但这种调整幅度远远跟不上物价的变化。”

超规物品走货运
某航空公司相关负责人告诉记者，旅客携带的金、银、珠宝、首饰、货币、有价证券、文件、合同等贵重物品，是不能作为托运行李或夹入行李内托运的，而应作为自理行李或免费随身携带物品带入客舱。
如果本身行李箱、衣物等比较贵重，可以在办理行李托运时向值机柜台工作人员提出做“保价”处理。不过每个旅客保价行李价值最高限额为人民币8000元。超过规定限额，需要缴纳价值的5%作为服务费。
此外，对于古董花瓶这种超规格的物品，建议还是走货运运输，可以有更好的保护措施。
