　　新华社北京5月20日电（记者陈菲）记者20日从最高人民检察院获悉，截至5月19日，检察机关在办理非法经营疫苗系列案件中，对涉嫌非法经营疫苗犯罪的125人批准逮捕，立案侦查涉嫌疫苗职务犯罪22件37人。

　　据最高检侦查监督厅有关负责人介绍，在办理非法经营疫苗系列案件中，各级检察机关主动作为，加强与当地食药监部门、公安机关的配合与沟通，充分 发挥各项检察职能，依法惩治非法经营疫苗犯罪，依法查办相关职务犯罪案件。截至5月19日，22个省（市、区）公安机关共立案涉嫌疫苗普通刑事犯罪190 件341人，检察机关批准逮捕125人，提起公诉15人，法院作出有罪判决2人；检察机关立案侦查涉嫌疫苗职务犯罪22件37人，决定逮捕10人。

　　据了解，检察机关已批准逮捕涉嫌非法经营疫苗犯罪的125人中，福建检察机关批准逮捕25人，河南检察机关批准逮捕19人，黑龙江检察机关批准 逮捕15人，广西检察机关批准逮捕13人，河北、山西、内蒙古、辽宁、江苏、安徽、山东、广东、四川、陕西、甘肃等地批准逮捕8人至1人不等。

　　检察机关立案侦查涉嫌疫苗职务犯罪22件37人中，福建省检察机关立案侦查14件14人，内蒙古检察机关立案侦查3件12人，江苏省检察机关立案侦查1件4人，安徽省检察机关立案侦查1件3人，山东省检察机关立案侦查2件2人，湖北省检察机关立案侦查1件2人。

　　据介绍，检察机关立案侦查涉嫌疫苗职务犯罪中，以涉嫌受贿罪立案侦查的有14人，以涉嫌滥用职权罪、玩忽职守罪立案侦查的有20人，以涉嫌滥用职权罪、受贿罪立案侦查的有3人。

　　涉嫌滥用职权罪的主要是乡、镇、社区卫生院（卫生服务站）的防疫员、接种员等工作人员，在明知他人不具备疫苗销售资质的情况下，仍然从其处购买 非法渠道的疫苗，并用于接种或销售；涉嫌玩忽职守罪的主要是乡、镇卫生院的负责人，在明知本单位医疗从业人员非法购进问题疫苗并销售使用的情况下，放任不 管，造成大量非法疫苗被使用的恶劣后果；涉嫌受贿罪的主要是乡、镇卫生院以及县疾控中心有关部门的负责人，在疫苗采购的过程中，收受医药代表或者疫苗经营 者贿赂。（完）
