　　家庭困难、为儿子治病才受贿

　　据《信息时报》报道，5月18日，广州轻工工贸集团有限公司腐败案审理过程中，检方指控，2007年至2013年期间，刘显明在担任广州轻工工贸集团有限公司党委委员、副总经理期间，利用职务便利，伙同他人共同贪污公款60.1万元，其中刘显明个人分得22.1万元。

　　另据指控，2008年至2013年期间，刘显明利用职务便利，分别为广州某物业管理公司法人陈某、某物业公司股东、基建部部长陆森和其他几家公司的负责人谋取利益，共同受贿了这些人贿赂的人民币89万元，港币5万元和价值人民币24.5万元的购物卡。

　　而刘显明的兄弟姐妹的生活均有困难，平常都靠刘显明接济。辩护律师请求法庭鉴于刘显明有自首、认罪、退赃等情节，给予减轻量刑。目前该案仍在进一步审理当中。

　　理由二

　　担心自己晚年生活

　　2014年12月10日，国家发展和改革委员会原副主任、国家能源局原局长刘铁男因直接或通过其子刘德成非法收受他人财物共计人民币3558万余元，被河北省廊坊市中级人民法院以受贿罪一审判处无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产。

　　据《沈阳今报》报道，李友灿自己交代，他最多的一次从北京某企业总经理丁某那里提取了1640万元！这么多现金他的车一次拉不了，他就拉了三趟！

　　有好奇者曾经计算过，1640万元钞票堆在一起，体积不小，重量很重。“这也是个力气活”，某法官说。但小心谨慎的李友灿，每次运钞都是自己一个人搬运。

　　一位办案人员感慨地说，这实在是疯狂的一幕：一个50多岁并患有严重糖尿病的人，独自一人把40公斤重的现金往黑金仓库搬，而且停车的地方到家门口有一段很长的路，这种贪婪太疯狂了。
