财政局称近3000辆车缺6亿补贴款

沧州市委宣传部一位负责人告诉记者，沧州市财政局未挪用补助资金。大气污染资金下发时，河北省相关文件中确实提到可以用来补贴新能源汽车，但未提到具体使用比例。沧州市政府正在与省政府积极沟通，希望明确这一资金中，新能源汽车补贴的使用标准。
问题频出的新能源车辆

车主还抱怨电动车经销商暴利问题。一位车主说，2015年上半年听说电动汽车15万多一辆，但经销商为谋取暴利，一路涨价。同一款车，从原来的15万升到后来的16万多、18万多。车主说，当初没有想到买电动车，看到电动车环保且有政府补贴后，才选择购买，但是，经销商一路提高售价却没有政府部门监管。
官方称已向河北省财政厅紧急请示
沧州市财政局郭局长介绍，2014年底时，当年全市共推广80辆新能源汽车。2015年底时，当年全市共推广3370辆新能源车，但由于补偿资金有限，当年只有421辆车的车主得到补贴款。目前，仍有2949辆车的车主没有得到补偿款。
