法院审理认定：2009年至2015年期间，被告人卢军在担任阿坝州农业畜牧局党组书记、局长时，利用职务之便，贪污国家资金1653.7492万元；收受他人贿赂176.84万元；挪用公款60万元。
5月10日，由阿坝州人民检察院指定管辖，汶川县人民检察院侦查、提起公诉的阿坝州农业畜牧局草原站原站长刘斌涉嫌贪污、行贿、受贿案，汶川县人民法院一审判决被告人刘斌犯贪污罪、行贿罪、受贿罪，数罪并罚，判处有期徒刑18年，并处罚金380万元。
法院审理认定：2009年以来，被告人刘斌在担任阿坝州草原站站长及大草原公司总经理期间，利用职务之便，通过虚开发票、虚列开支、虚假冲抵等手段，个人以及伙同他人贪污共计人民币2012.7092万元。为谋取个人利益，多次向多人行贿共计人民币196.6万元。为他人谋取利益，多次受贿共计人民币60万元。
